        Reflection 

During the presentation I got to learn more about some important topics that we are currently experiencing like education, racism, health care/ pandemic. This past year when the pandemic started our lives changed drastically having to stay at home that at first when we didn’t understand the gravity of the circumstances, and all was like vacation. we got time off school. Then people started dying and getting sick, I was scared for my grandparents since they were more vulnerable. 

 

Group 1 racism:

We were group one but also the last group to present. We got more time than anybody and the one that took the longest presenting with a total of 4 days to finish our presentation. We talked about one of the problems that has been around since a long time ago and how during the pandemic this movement grew with Black Lives Matter a social movement that fight against police brutality, it was beautiful to see people gathered to protect one another without seeing race or color. Although it’s sad to see that we haven’t achieved the goal to end racism we are half way there. I would like to take the time to recognize Agustin our group leader who did an splendid job guiding us through the presentation and also my group partners who also did an excellent job with their parts of the presentation.

 Group 2 health care/ pandemic:

Group two was very well prepared for this presentation. They talked about the pandemic and how it affected us and also mention some of of the ways of how to prevent getting the virus. This presentation was a great source of information about the pandemic and the problems that we suffered through it all. I have to admit I was very impressed by this presentation. They also used illustrations and videos just make a the presentation more enjoyable and easy to follow. The video what is a pandemic? Presented by them was so far my favorite, and helped me have a more clear idea in my head about all this crazy events that have been happening so far.

Group 3 education:

They talked about one of the problems that affected us the most students and this school. And how at first was great for us since we got to spend time at home without having to go to school. But then things weren’t getting better and slowly we ended up staying online to prevent the spread of the virus. This group explained very well the changes that we had to go through with this sudden change of plans in our schedules and everyday life. This presentation was very engaging to see and listen they had a Kahoot round and even interviews. They took the time to make a very well thought and informative presentation.

In conclusion:

I really enjoy all of the presentation and the hard work that every single group performed during this 2 weeks of class and although some of us were having a bit of trouble with the presentation we got through it like champions and did an splendid job to all I just want to say congratulations. We
